Stereolithography (SLA)

High resolution 3D printer. Exceptionally fine details and smooth surfaces. High accuracy : 16µm layers, wide range of flexible and rigid materials.

Applications : technical parts with thin walls. Excellent surface quality

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

Sintered parts are manufactured by using successive layers of polyamide powder. It is a laser that scans and polymerises the various sections of the part.

Applications : functional prototypes with high thermal and mechanical resistances.

Materials : PA (reinforced or not), PP

Selective Laser Sintering SLS

Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS)

Very high quality parts are manufactured layer by layer (30 µm).

Possible post operations : polishing, machining, welding, heat treatment, surface treatment etc.

Applications : Parts with complex geometries that would be difficult or even impossible to manufacture with “traditional” manufacturing tools.

Materials : steel, titanium, aluminum, stainless steel or Inconel.

Fused Deposing Modeling (FDM)

Extrusion and deposition of a thermo-fusible polymer filament thanks to successive layers of 0.17 / 0.25 mm.

Applications : accurate parts that would be difficult to manufacture in Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), very thick parts, functional parts; mechanical and thermal validation

Materials : ULTEM – PC – ABS/PC – NYLON – ASA – PEEK
